McClure Engineering Company is seeking a qualified Professional Engineer with a primary expertise in water/wastewater project management for several geographical locations.

Candidate will be self-motivated and energetic with a true passion for their profession. This position could evolve into a group leader role, responsible for operation of a water/wastewater department.

Education Requirements:
BS or MS (preferred) in Civil Engineering with a Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
The preferred candidate should have five or more years of experience as a Project Engineer with a focus in wastewater/water management. Knowledge working with pump stations, wastewater/water treatment facilities, storm water conveyance systems and civil site work activities is necessary.

Excellent communication skills are required for this position. Candidates must be able to work closely with a team in fully developing project drawings, have the proven ability to manage and coordinate local projects and meet all deadlines.

Experience in construction administration is required, including but not limited to: contractor correspondence, dispute resolution, construction progress meetings, cost estimates and technical reports. A high level of customer communication and satisfaction must be maintained at all times, along with the flexibility to adjust orders as plans change. Occasional travel is required.
